Back on the bike today. The wind blew hard. In more ways than one. Rode to work in serious head wind. The trip home was slightly more pleasant. I took the Ft Story route home and did a couple loops on the hills.

No strength training today. I did a set of pull ups just for kicks; can't get too rusty.
