Lunchtime fun: pull up: BW 5x5
PM Clean and Press + front squat 2/24K 5x5 (do presses then squat then rest about 1min)
Today:
Lunch time fun: pull up: BW wide, chin, narrow chin 3 x 5 each (total pu= 45) GTG
comments: yesterdays fun has left me DUN. I crossed the line yesterday during the PM workout. Glad I didn't follow it up with a ride!
